RefundsWe want nothing more than for you to love your item(s) from Tokyo Bricks and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with an item(s) you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order and we are happy to issue a refund or exchange.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and will provide a full refund upon us receiving back your item(s). To be eligible for a full refund:
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with the original packaging. Any damaged or opened seal packaging will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning the item(s) to one of our international address which will be provided via e-mail.
- Please use a trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take 3-10 business days for your credit to be processed and refunded back to your account.
We have a 8-hour cancellation window for all our customers. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible within this 8 hour window from the time of your purchase. Any cancellation requests placed pass the 8-hour cancellation window will not be accepted due to the fact that fulfilment of the order, including shipping in most cases has typically begun.
Customers must wait for their orders to arrive and return them to us within 14 days of receiving their item(s). We will issue a refund once received.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
In the extremely unlikely event you receive an item which is faulty, has missing pieces or is different from the item that you ordered. Please hold on to your item and get in touch with us on the form below, where you will be asked to provide a photo of what's wrong. This is so we can assess the situation and know how to best resolve the matter.
If your order has not been delivered and is marked to be still in transit after 90 business days since dispatch, we will provide the option to reship your items free of charge or issue a full refund.
If your order has been marked as 'successfully delivered' to the address provided with or without a signature, but you haven't received your order, please reach out to us on the below form and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
To protect Tokyo Bricks from fraud, we will only provide a reshipment or another form of compensation once we have completed a full investigation with our logistics team and (you) the customer.
We do not provide refunds for any lost items by postal services, however, we may offer a reshipment.
